Anaphase is a Dallas-based collective comprised of symphonic instrumentalists, indie-rockers, cinematographers, and visual artists. Established in 2012 by cellist Buffi Jacobs of The Polyphonic Spree, the group seeks to push the boundaries of traditional symphonic performance by incorporating rock and cinematic elements.
